Yes folks, here it is. A quick and complete look at what Obama has in store for the USA for 2011 and beyond. Check out the article, and let me know your take.

HAPPY 4TH !!!

Besides fireworks, what is Independence day known for here in the U.S.A.?

Baseball and hotdogs, of course! Baseball, I can provide; the ‘dogs, well, you are on your own there. Starting today, I am linking to the Yardbarker website, which aggregates MLB news from all over the net. The content updates automatically, so I know I’ll be checking in every day to see the latest impact on my fantasy teams;  not to mention all the other good stuff here.

Let me know what you think.

Grand jury indicts mortgage co. chief in TARP case

I know I have not posted until now in 2010. Why? I don’t know. I guess I was busy with life, or maybe just waiting for something interesting to comment on. Well, anyways, here it is. I told ya that the TARP Scheme was going to open up another lucrative niche for fraud investigators, prosecutors etc. Maybe in not so many words, but here it is, as clear as day! As I have previously said, this is only the tip.

Wow! What an unbelievable admission! Their projections were so way off, but the crazy thing is, is that they knew about it before the deal went through. Definately a lack of transparency, but very telling nonetheless.

Fighting health care fraud a difficult battle

An interesting article from Minnesota Public Radio, plus a link to the audio.

In my humble opinion, as difficult as the battle may be nowadays, it will become unbearable if Obama’s Healthcare reform were to be foisted upon the USA. Do you agree, disagree? Let me know ehat you think.

Marc Dreier on 60 Minutes

The “Swindler”, known as a “mini-Madoff” is now serving twenty years for his $400,000,000 Ponzi scheme was uncovered. Steve Kroft had a great line – “I don’t want to compare you to Madoff, but….”.

For his part, I think Dreier’s most telling line was when he said – ” It was clear to me that the more you showed people you didn’t need money, the easier it was to attract money”.

The first raindrop of the upcoming storm

A little fraud for you, a little for your neighbor; “hey why not, everyone’s doing it”. Like most frauds, it begins small, then snowballs into an unstoppable boulder. It was just a matter of time. What do you think?http://cli.gs/J45LuH

Feds Bust Biggest Identity Theft Ring

That is “biggest” case ever in the US. The amazing thing here is that the perp had previously stolen “only” 40 million accounts, which is peanuts as compared to the 130 million he stole this time around. If the government had held this dude without bail te first time, they would have had a better chance of busting this ring earlier, and prevented millions of acccounts from being comprimised.Read this article, and know where you are using your credit card.

Democrats’ break looking like a bad trip

“Town halls have become town hells”, says Mark McKinnon, a former advisor to President George W. Bush.Isn’t this the way the United States government was set up to work? “We the people” means something, and the people know when our elected officials are trying to pull a fast one over on us. Congress is not given enough time to read, digest, analyze, question, change or object to those huge bills that are being rammed down our throats. It’s all about transparency, and the lack thereof.
